My Method

I approach my patients' problems from a cognitive-behavioral perspective. With this type of approach, my patients learn to know themselves better and adopt new attitudes towards problems by learning to detect and correct errors in their view of life.

Therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix. It is a healing process that requires both the participation and effort of the patient and the professional. My therapeutic sessions are aimed at examining personal problems and providing patients with the tools to help them solve them and live a more satisfying life by extending the therapeutic work beyond the consultation.

With this approach, patients learn to be critical of their own behavior by taking responsibility for it and by contrasting their reality with the reality of others, taking control of their emotions and behavior and choosing to live their circumstances in a less painful way.

A change of perspective is essential to solving problems, as is a proactive attitude and the desire for change.
