Couples Therapy

Most conflicts in couples are due to communication problems, so it is essential to improve this aspect of the relationship. In this way, you will learn to manage your emotions to face and resolve conflicts that may arise in a more efficient way.

Seeking psychological help is not a sign of failure, but of love and courage. It is a demonstration of the interest of both parties to continue the relationship in the healthiest way possible. The easy thing to do is to prolong the discomfort over time, letting things resolve themselves or the other person decide or accept. Putting the problems on the table with the help of a therapist is what will finally resolve them.

As a psychologist, I will never take sides in the conflict, I will not look for someone to blame or to blame. Together we will reach agreements and generate changes in favor of the well-being of both members of the relationship. You will learn techniques that will help reduce the crisis, the discomfort and reach agreements, as well as communicate in a healthy and effective way.
